Merchant Support Specialist

Tidal Commerce, a payments technology company, is looking for a full time, in office Merchant Support Specialist. The primary role of Merchant Support Specialist is to serve as a liaison to the merchant and ensure that the merchant maintains a positive relationship with Tidal Commerce by providing support with hardware and software as well as answering account and billing questions.

Merchant Support Specialist will manage inbound calls from merchants requiring assistance for a variety of matters such as:

  • Terminal support & troubleshooting
  • Access Legacy System to build, support & update POS Terminal Software (training provided)
  • Authorization verification
  • Reconciliation assistance
  • Account update requests
  • Assistance with navigating online reporting
