Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide assistance and support to our clients large and small.

You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and maintain our positive reputation. An ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client issues and work quickly to resolve them. Candidates with a background in customer service or technical support would be a plus. This position reports to Tidal Commerce’s Client Relations Lead.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Possess a thorough knowledge of Tidal Commerce’s portfolio of products and solutions
  • Build, support and update POS (Point of Sale) terminals and software
  • Coordinate client equipment orders and installation
  • Terminal support and troubleshooting
  • Authorization verification
  • Reconciliation assistance
  • Account update requests
  • Assisting clients with navigating online reports
  • Resolve client issues or concerns quickly and effectively
  • Understand client needs and develop clear plans to address them
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Provide A+ service that helps retain clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs
