Job Brief:

Tidal Commerce is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our partners and clients large and small.

You will help on-board and familiarize new clients with Tidal’s portfolio of products and solutions. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and maintain our positive reputation. You will also maintain strong relationships with Tidal’s clients to boost our brand and partner revenues in the long-run.

An ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to brainstorm ways to fulfill them. Candidates with a background in customer service or knowledge of the payment processing industry would be a plus. This position reports to Tidal Commerce’s COO.


  • Possess a thorough knowledge of Tidal Commerce’s portfolio of products and solutions
  • Train new partners and clients on Tidal Commerce’s products
  • Coordinate the on-boarding of new clients and foster new client relationships
  • Understand client needs and develop clear plans to address them
  • Generating monthly and quarter reports to track growth
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships
  • Resolve client issues or concerns quickly and effectively
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Aim to retain partners and clients and renew contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs


  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in customer service or account management is preferred
  • Organized and able to handle routine tasks
  • Comfortable in front of the camera, giving demos and trainings
  • Self-starter with an independent can-do attitude
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive client relationships
  • Team player
  • Experience leading and training team members
  • Client-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with G Suite or similar office software
  • Familiarity with Trello or similar productivity software
